Welcome to our Pre-Application Community Consultation (PACC) website. This PACC is in respect of a proposed commercial development comprising 8no. industrial units, 1no. bio-methane plant and 1no. parking lot. Development includes use of the approved access at Sandholes Road and a new access from Dungannon Road; car parking and yard areas; landscaping; and all other associated site and access works on land between Sandholes Road and Dungannon Road, Cookstown.
